MR. ANTHONY HIBBLER

Anthony Hibbler is a native of Milwaukee, WI.  He was first introduced to marching band  during his matriculation as a Robert Fulton Middle School "Knight."  After completion of middle school, Anthony participated in band at North Division High School as a "Blue Devil."  Beginning with the Clarinet, he climbed the ranks to become a section leader, band captain and ultimately the Drum Major of the entire band.

Mr. Hibbler spent time after high school doing community service in the Americorps program, through Milwaukee Community Service Corps. Upon completion of this program, he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and served as a Military Police for the Presidential Helicopter Squadron.  After eight years of service to his country, Anthony became a teacher at numerous schools, challenging and motivating the youth to reach their full potential.

In December of 2006 Anthony left his love of teaching to pursue his dream in Law Enforcement, as a Police Officer. This journey was short lived as he returned to teaching before activating his faith and stepping out to take his love for the youth to another level in 2008.  The mentoring group is now known as Nei Phi Neph Fratority Mentoring Program and was founded in order to give the youth alternatives to violence and the wrecklessness that comes with idleness and boredom.
